Each aluminum plate can accommodate 20 trays measuring 400x600x80mm, allowing a total of 200 trays in each batch. Calculating based on 10 kilograms per tray, one batch can freeze approximately 2000 kilograms of ingredients. The external dimensions of the 2000KG Semi Contact Plate Freezer are 7800x1700x2300mm (including the integrated compressor unit). It operates at a working temperature of -40℃, and the compressor utilizes a 75HP Refcomp SRC-S-255ZL.
