1. Commercial Small Size Flake Ice Machine:

  • Produces ice within 1 to 3 minutes of startup and maintains continuous production.
  • PLC automatic operation with automatic shutdown when the ice storage is full.
  • Flake ice is dry, non-adhesive, with a thickness ranging from 1.5 to 2.5mm.

 

2. Industrial Large Capacity Flake Ice Machine:

  • Industrial grade ice making equipment widely used in areas such as seafood preservation, food processing and storage, fruit and vegetable distribution, pharmaceuticals, concrete mixing temperature control, chemical dyes, and more.

 

3. Marine Flake Ice Machine:

  • Optimized and reinforced for marine environments.
  • Compressor equipped with ship-use oil tank for rapid oil return and anti-tilt design.
  • Evaporator inner tank made of corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel.
  • Water-cooled condenser heat exchange pipes made of aluminum-brass to prevent corrosion from seawater.
  • Utilizes seawater for ice production, with ice directly falling into the ship's hold.

 

4. Slurry Ice Machine:

  • Fluid ice completely envelops cooled objects, achieving close to 100% contact area for higher heat exchange efficiency.
  • Inner tank designed with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel.
  • Fluid ice can be pumped to various locations through hoses or pipelines, significantly reducing manual labor costs.

 

5. Tube Ice Machine:

  • Produces tube ice with different diameters (22mm, 28mm, 35mm, etc.) and lengths ranging from 25 to 42mm.
  • Inner aperture of the tube can be adjusted based on ice production time, typically between 5 to 10mm.
  • Tube ice is commonly used for daily consumption, vegetable preservation, and seafood preservation on fishing vessels.
