By having aluminum plates make direct contact with the lower surface of food (placed in aluminum trays or stainless steel pans), it optimizes freezing speed. The inclusion of axial flow fans within the equipment's enclosure creates internal airflow, boosting heat exchange efficiency and aiding in the removal of water vapor and frost during the freezing process.
Constructed with double-sided SUS304 stainless steel and polyurethane foam, the chamber boasts high hygiene standards and minimal corrosion risk. With a thickness of 150mm, the chamber houses multiple layers of aluminum plates and axial flow fans. Fixed gaps between each aluminum plate allow for organized product placement (total gap of 150mm, recommended tray height ≤110mm, customizable).
The core component of the SPEEDCRYO® 1500KG semi-contact plate freezer, these plates are crafted from high-purity aluminum alloy, providing excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Featuring a top flat surface and a bottom aluminum tube structure, the design balances air convection and refrigeration radiation, resulting in faster freezing compared to traditional air-blowing freezers. This high-spec aluminum evaporator is suitable for both land-based and ship-based rack freezing warehouses.
The SPEEDCRYO® 1500KG semi-contact plate freezer comes with 10 layers of 3500x1200mm aluminum plates, each accommodating 15 trays sized 400x600x80mm, totaling 150 trays per batch.
The SPEEDCRYO® 1500KG semi-contact plate freezer is equipped with two sets of 1.5KW, 1435 r/min axial flow fans, positioned on the side of the freezing chamber. Their role is to generate internal airflow, enhancing heat exchange efficiency and assisting in the removal of water vapor and frost during the freezing process.
Comprising components such as a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve, the system circulates refrigerant to provide cooling capability. The refrigerant enters the aluminum plates through refrigeration pipes, extracting heat from the product. Equipped with a 60HP Refcomp SRC-S-183ZL refrigeration unit, known for its stability and reliability at a lower cost compared to BITZER units. If requested, we can replace it with a BITZER compressor unit.
The control system, including an electrical control cabinet, temperature sensors, and pressure sensors, monitors and controls the freezer's operation for safety and stability. It also facilitates hot gas defrosting, quickly releasing products from the aluminum plates and enhancing production efficiency.
The SPEEDCRYO® semi-contact plate freezer offers both integrated and split design options. The integrated design connects the freezing chamber and refrigeration unit, fully assembling and debugging them before delivery. Users only need to connect an external water-cooled cooling tower, reducing installation steps and complexity. For scenarios where the refrigeration unit must be placed outdoors, we provide a split design, allowing flexibility with the freezing chamber and compressor unit not fixed together.
